What Fool Leaves Dog Fouling Behind?

APRIL FOOLS DAY
We all share public spaces which means we all should respect them. Some owners continue to leave their dogs' foul on footpaths, green areas and anywhere they choose to walk their dogs.
Who is the fool in this situation? Is it the person walking their dog? Is it the person who steps in the poo? Is it the person who picks up the dirt left by others, preventing someone else from stepping into it?
Do the right thing, pick up after your pet & don't leave your responsibility to others to complete on your behalf.
